Chloe Soleimani is a Master’s-level practicum student in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, currently completing her clinical training with the Online Therapy Centre. She brings over 15 years of experience supporting children, youth, and families through her work at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO), where she serves as a Family Resource Worker with the Complex Care team. Chloe also previously worked as a Service Planning Coordinator for the Urgent Response Services program, offering short-term support and crisis planning for families of children with autism.
Prior to her work at CHEO, Chloe spent 12 years as a Youth Worker with the Boys and Girls Club, where she developed a deep respect for the strength and resilience of young people and their families. These diverse experiences have shaped her collaborative, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed approach to care.
As a second-generation Canadian raised in an immigrant household, Chloe values inclusivity, intergenerational understanding, and creating safe, affirming spaces for every client. She is passionate about supporting individuals and families navigating developmental, emotional, and systemic challenges. Her practice is rooted in empathy, respect, and evidence-based principles, and she works under the clinical supervision of Joselin Zak, MSW RSW, as part of her practicum placement at OTC.
