Online Therapy Centre is proud to offer integrative, Nurse Practitioner-led mental health services designed to deliver comprehensive, compassionate, and collaborative care. Our Nurse Practitioners (NPs) are highly trained professionals with advanced credentials. They bring a unique combination of medical expertise and therapeutic insight to support each client’s mental, emotional, and physical well-being.Our Collaborative Approach
Our NPs work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Clinical Psychologists, Registered Psychotherapists, Registered Social Workers, and intern therapists. Together, we provide a seamless blend of medical and therapeutic care, centered around each client’s individual needs.

** Please note that these forms are generally intended to be completed by a primary care provider. A Nurse Practitioner may only be able to complete them where an established clinical relationship with the client is in place.

Our Nurse Practitioners partner with our intern therapists (RP-Qualifying) to deliver affordable,
high-quality care. In this model:
Clients may also book direct appointments with a Nurse Practitioner for:
- The intern therapist leads the session, providing psychotherapy
- The NP supports with medical consultation, psychometric interpretation, and treatment planning
- Clients benefit from both medical and therapeutic expertise at a lower cost
Clients may also book direct appointments with a Nurse Practitioner for:
- Standalone mental health assessments
- Medication initiation and monitoring
- Holistic treatment planning
