Fariba Touyeh holds a Master of Psychology (M.Psy.) from the Adler Faculty of Psychology in Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Specialized Honours Psychology from York University. She also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science with a focus on social planning from Allameh Tabatabaei University in Tehran, Iran. In April 2025, she completed her Doctor of Counselling and Psychotherapy (DCP) at Yorkville University in New Brunswick, with her graduation ceremony scheduled for June 5, 2025.
Since June 2021, Fariba has been licensed to practice independently in clinical and rehabilitation psychology, working primarily with adult populations (18+). Her areas of specialization include mood disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, post-traumatic symptoms related to motor vehicle and workplace incidents, coping skills, emotional disturbances, self-esteem issues, somatic symptoms, and chronic pain.
