She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. With over 10 years of experience in healthcare and the child and youth mental health sector, Brittany brings both knowledge and compassion to her work.

Brittany creates a safe, supportive space where clients can heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a humanistic, client-centered approach, meeting individuals where they are and empowering them to guide their own sessions.
She supports clients aged 16 and up with concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, suicidal thoughts, and life transitions, including divorce. Brittany believes that seeking support is a courageous step, and she is committed to walking alongside clients as they build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
