With a multidisciplinary background in economics, business, and counselling psychology, Christa brings a structured, practical, and insight-oriented approach to therapy. She integrates CBT, IFS, and EFT, and is committed to creating a collaborative, compassionate space that supports growth, resilience, and meaningful change.

Their clinical background includes working with diverse populations (children, adolescents, adults/older adults) and complex presenting concerns (anxiety, anger, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues), with a strong appreciation for the social, emotional and systemic factors that shape mental health and wellbeing.
They hold an undergraduate degree in Economics, a Master’s degree in Business and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. This multi-disciplinary academic foundation informs a structured, practical and insight-oriented approach to therapy, integrating both analytical thinking and emotional understanding all in an effort to help clients develop skills and strategies and feel empowered to improve their quality of life.
Their therapeutic approach draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), tailoring interventions to each client’s unique needs and goals.
