Christy works with adults navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, self-criticism, trauma, stress, and life transitions. She has a particular interest in supporting those struggling with a loud inner critic, complex or relational trauma, and perinatal or postpartum challenges. Many of the people she works with feel anxious about disappointing others, deeply affected by the world around them or like they are never quite “good enough.”

Christy believes that healing often begins with feeling genuinely seen and accepted for who you are. Her approach is warm, relational, and collaborative, and she aims to create a space where clients feel emotionally safe to explore difficult emotions, past experiences, and patterns that may be keeping them stuck. She works with curiosity and compassion, helping clients better understand themselves and build a more caring relationship with themselves over time.
Prior to becoming a therapist, Christy worked in supportive roles with parents, children, and survivors of relational trauma in community and non-profit settings, including postpartum doula work. These experiences continue to shape the care, compassion, and relational approach she brings to her work today.
