Dr. Patel earned her Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, Alliant International University in San Francisco. She is committed to providing compassionate, person-centered care, drawing on her extensive experience with diverse populations. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, she fosters personal growth and balance in clients’ lives.

With a deep passion for supporting mental health and well-being, she guides individuals through evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Narrative Therapy, Strength-Based Strategies, Solution-Focused Techniques, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
