John-Paul Austring is a Registered Psychotherapist and a Registered Social Worker who draws from his extensive education in psychology and social work. With over 12 years of professional experience, combined with his own lived experiences of overcoming serious life challenges, John-Paul offers practical, compassionate, and insightful support to those navigating difficult seasons of life.
