She also integrates Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to help clients develop emotional regulation and increase self-awareness. Sadia has experience in providing
Muslim faith-based therapy, incorporating Islamic principles and teachings to support clients who seek guidance in alignment with their spiritual beliefs. Her experience as an Emergency Teaching Assistant for special needs students has equipped her with the skills to work with individuals in times of emotional crisis, offering immediate support and long-term strategies for emotional stability. Sadia excels in crisis intervention, helping clients navigate moments of intense emotional distress with practical techniques to stabilize and restore balance.

In addition to working with adults, Sadia is deeply committed to supporting couples and children. She utilizes the highly regarded Gottman Method to help couples enhance communication, strengthen their relationships, and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner. For children aged 12 and up, she integrates age-appropriate therapeutic techniques such as play therapy, mindfulness practices, creative expression, and cognitive-behavioral strategies to
