Your first session will be scheduled for you by the intake specialist. Ongoing sessions may be directly booked with your therapist or conveniently booked online.

Right now, we mostly offer virtual therapy available to everyone in the Ottawa area and across Ontario. Limited in-person therapy options are available in our Newmarket therapy office.

Individual therapy with a psychotherapist/social worker costs $185 per 50-minute session.

Couples/family therapy costs $295 per 80-minute session.
